請寄給我們一封有趣的信，數位或類比、Email或紙本、2D或3D都可以。
截止日期為12月11日前（郵戳為憑）
Send us an interesting mail in any form, including: digital, analogy, 2D, 3D, email, or paper print.
All entries must be postmarked by December 11th, 2017.
我們會很獨裁很主觀很任性的選出我們最喜歡的七位致贈單日票，
明年初三到初九，來苗春祭相聚吧，這裡一定有你要找的東西。
另外我們將從七位的作品裡選出三件作品，
以適合的形式成為苗春祭的一部分，
可能是明信片、酷卡、貼紙或其他現在還沒想到的任何可能，
所以儘管拿起你的筆，一起加入苗春祭的集體創作，
願你在創作中感受到無邊無際的自由。
＊信中必須包含以下四個內容：
一、你最滿意（或最不滿意）的作品
不拘任何形式的與苗春祭相關
媒材沒有任何限制，歡迎大膽的實驗
二、作品論述
解釋一下它跟苗春祭的關係
三、一段意圖使人很想送你票的文字
這邊完全自由發揮
可以說說你是怎樣的人、喜歡怎樣的東西、怎樣的生命經驗
說說你筆下的世界想如何被苗春祭經歷
說說你最近日記或畫簿裡的內容
當然也可以說說你有多窮

*The mail must include the following contents:
1.An artwork that you are most satisfied (or least satisfied) with
Forms and materials not restricted, any artwork related to Sprouts Art Festival are welcomed. HOWEVER literary compositions are not included.
2.A synopsis of your artwork
Explain briefly about how it is related to Sprouts Art Festival.
3.A short paragraph of anything to earn yourself a ticket
You can totally free-style your way through this part.
You can include a description of yourself, your interests, or experiences. You can share with us how you expect to embrace your experiences in Sprouts Art Festival. You can also share whatever that is in your diary or sketch book. Or you can simply describe how poor you are.

We will (totally use our subjective minds to) choose seven people out of all to give away to each a one-day-ticket of Sprouts Art Festival.
Come and join us on the 3rd to 9th of Chinese Lunar New Year! There will definitely be something you are looking for.
Furthermore, we will choose three out of the seven art works to make them a part of Sprouts Art Festival. The form is not yet decided, what we can tell you is that it can be anything between postcards, stickers or any possibilities you can imagine.
So just go ahead and pick up your brushes, join us on this adventure of Sprouts Art Festival, and may you feel free as a bird during the journey of creation.
※一旦寄出報名檔案，即代表參與者已詳細閱讀並同意以下約定條款：
一、參與者已詳讀活動相關規範，同意其自行投稿之苗春祭相關藝術創作交予乙方作為宣傳推廣用途。
二、參與者同意乙方為辦理「苗．春祭」與相關活動及宣傳（方式包括但不限於酷卡、明信片、摺頁傳單及海報），得自由使用活動紀錄之影像進行非直接營利性之重製、散布、公開播送、公開展示。
※Once you send us your letter means you agreed follwing terms:
1.The principal must read all the rules of this event; agreeing to provide their art work for Sprouts! Art Festival Curatorial team to promote the festival.
2.Sprouts! Art Festival Curatorial team is authorized to photographs. The images will be used for promoting Sprout! Art Festival. The principal agrees to the usage of photographs for this event, which includes reproduction, distribution, public transmission, and public display.
